 Any visit to this site or one of our retail store location is subject to our privacy  policy herein. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are  referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

When providing information at www.flowerscannabis.ca or at a Flowers  Cannabis store (hereinafter referred to our “site”, or as our “store”), we respect  your privacy. We only collect personal information when you, the customer,  provide it to us. For example, when completing an online order that requires  certain information such as your customer contact information (name, email  address, mailing address, and telephone number), delivery and billing  address, credit card number and expiration date. When you purchase a  product at any of our stores and provide your customer contact information.  When you submit your personal information to us, you are giving your consent  to us to collect, use and disclose your personal information as set forth in our  privacy policy.
